Duties:
Rendering of tender stock and premium rates, chemical combinations of cast-iron correction,
technological norms and rules obedience such as over-heating or redendering of cast-iron temperature, counting the amount of cast-iron combinations according to the norms, monitoring of the heater s work, preventing the technical problems and removing the consequences of already appeared difficulties with the heaters, renovating of ceramic lining of the heaters, control of the heatlh and safety at work, delivering of cast-iron to the production place with help of the gantry. As a gantry operator it is my responsibility to load the batch substance into the heater. I operate also on a gantry with a electromagnetic grasper. To my responsibilities belong accurate weighting of batch substance. I also control the technical condition of appliances and I report faults and errors as well as breakdowns of these appliances
